Pros
good benefits, hours are somewhat flexible. Company really tries to involve its members in all the technological progress and innovation.
Cons
The specific department I was in, has many old engineers with very limited interest in adapting to new methodologies and new concepts. Work was sometimes not very consistent. Company suffers a bit from the "too big to keep everything under control" problem and many people do too little and too much of a sloppy job.
