- Communication from senior management is inexistent - A lot of talking, no acting (even from top down) - Very political and personal sympathies play bigger role than skills, talents and knowledge - Very difficult to progress in national sales company as it is too small - People are very reluctant to change - Employees are not valued, basically no employee benefits (except for cheaper car) - Average office mood is rather bad
