Pros

The biggest pro would be the people. Most of my colleagues were awesome to work with. Lots of smart, caring individuals who make the work day a lot better. The pay was also very good.

Cons

The corporate culture is stuck in the 1980s. The vacation policy is terrible (10 days for the first five years, then 15 after five, then 20 after ten), health insurance is mediocre, paid family leave isn't great. The dress code is too stuffy, some of the facilities (especially IT building) are like fossils, and it generally just isn't a fun place to work. They talk a good game about career mobility but you can easily get pigeonholed into one department, no formal way to do rotations.

Pros

Great people and strong coworkers across the organization. The company offers competitive pay, strong benefits, and good overall stability. There are many experienced employees who care about the work and are willing to help others succeed.

Cons

The organization can be very hierarchical, which sometimes makes it difficult to drive change or move quickly. Decisions often require multiple layers of approval, so it can take longer than expected to finalize direction or make progress. There is also limited flexibility compared to what many other companies offer, especially when it comes to working arrangements.
