      Pros

      Work life balance and yes I know they shifted to 4 days which was really annoying but compared to the actual work to other companies or tech companies for example and you’ll know this is an easy place to retire at.

      Cons

      No diverse work, will get boring very soon after you join and then you start seeing your iq going down. Bad place if you’re early in your career. I had a slow and trash salary increase and bonus yoy
