Pros
Some great people with a good attitude though promotion isn't always based on work. The benefits are good. There are opportunities when the economy is going well and the bank is expanding.
Cons
The many many levels of management can be a challenge. One can easily get "lost" and there was a large feeling if dissent amongst the lower ranks. This dissent was infectious and surely would spread from one area to another. The overall size can make it feel impersonal and also make it tough to have issues resolved.
