Pros
Nothing really, because their big positive was erased by a bigger negative. They were one of the first banks to open rehiring during the Great Recession of 2008-2009. However, they were the first to aggressively lay some great people off because they weren't bloodthirsty goblins like the people they keep in their semiannual reductions in force.
Cons
Recent reviews about stack ranking and bully managers are spot on. This is a horrible company run by a cast of characters that would be at home on Goodfellas or The Godfather. Terrible!
