      There truly aren't any these past 8-12 months

      Constant lay-offs Culture of Fear Executive Nepotism (former Visa and JP Morgan Execs brought in) Short staffed due to lay-offs Forced ranking employee reviews Many Onshore jobs sent to India, but then our remaining staff is asked to cover for, assist and review India work. No room for growth, especially as mgt layers recently were eliminated (the same month a new Head of Operations was brought in from JP Morgan.
