- most people are actually nice and willing to help - most people have children and leave by 4:30 -office location - cafeteria at 240 Greenwich Street is delicious and well maintained
Cons
- Global Client Management (GCM) is a complete disaster - CEO Charlie is a dictator and complete moron - upper management just delegates -poor 401k match -reorganizational changes happening across the enterprise is resulting in many layoffs -GCM Client executives claim all sales when they do nothing -Charlie bringing in his own ExCo and senior managers who know nothing about BNY Mellon business model or culture - dismal pay
