Pay was OK for the role.

In office requirements were ridiculous. No one within 400 miles of me was on my team, and I was required to sit in a cube to meet a req. RTEs were less experienced than the folks they were bringing in. A lot of growing pains, and people falling into roles as internal transfers, and then trying to lead when they don't know the direction. Agile coaches were up against business management and the reporting structure made now sense.
