Anything and everything. Worked at the bank for over a decade and things have hit a new low. Salary is below industry average, benefits are average at best and being cut every year. Employee morale and job security is worse than ever; even worse than during thew great recession. BNY expects us to train new employees in India who were hired to take our jobs, with a smile. They do vastly inferior work, but I suppose mediocrity is what BNY is fine with nowadays. All of the talented employees are fleeing as if they're scrambling for the last lifeboat left on the Titanic. The few of us left in the Florida offices are working longer hours, for less compensation, with no respect from management.
