      Pros

      Good pay and benefit, balance family life and work life. Management is not very demanding. Coworkers are very friendly. The BNY Mellon is one of the few that I am willing to work until my retirement.

      Cons

      Not a very challenge company. Not many spaces to grow. Slow in promotion. Not a very good place to start you career and gain experience.
