Good first employer for one or two years - Senior Accounting Analyst BNY Employee Review

Salaries are low for the industry. They hire temps and outsource work to India. Yearly raises are either 1% or nothing at all so don't expect to make any decent money at this company. Work can be stressful and overwhelming. There is a lot of pressure to be perfect. Upper management is out of touch with average employee. They seem to keep getting huge raises and bonuses and make way to much compensation for what they do. I am talking 300 - 400 times what an average employee makes.
