      Pros

      Easy to get to by public transport, and fairly undemanding working hours.No one around after 5pm most days.The building was clean.

      Cons

      Polititcal, no training budget, bad pay.Since the takeover of Mellon by Bank of New York poor leadership and negative change in culture.Blame culture of BONY now very obvious and ingrained.
