      Nothing, the pay structure is pathetic

      Cons

      There was no part of working at BNYMellon that was enjoyable. Everyone is there just to collect a paycheck. No support even from management. VP-level of people are pathetic and abusive. There is no professionalism in the company, I do not recommend to join it.
