Pros
Very diverse and inclusive as a whole company. Does not shy for social issues and providing support for various groups. Paid time off is nice. 3 weeks and you can buy a week at open enrollment with no waiting period. 13 sick/mental health days. Stand up desks.
Cons
Communications is severely lacking. Management provides little to no guidance. Very behind in regards to technology. Some people depending on the department can be very negative and toxic creating work drama. Various shades of gray in regards to policies and procedures and communication. Leaves too much open to interpretation. 3 days a week in office. Nothing was wrong when it was 2 days. Lack of enough parking for employees. No training. Tech department is absolutely terrible.
