Former associate at BPM - Associate BPM Employee Review

It is a rank ~50 public accounting firm regardless of what they advertise otherwise. Just remember that if you decide the public accounting route, you might as well go Big 4 for the resume stamp because you're going to be working a lot of hours regardless. The technology they use is not the best and seems outdated. I rated them 4 stars relative to other public accounting firms during my time there. If it was compared to a regular 9-5 industry accounting job, they would receive a 3 stars for work/life balance. The clients I audited were very small and their respective offices were very outdated, so auditing them for 10+ hours in a small room is very demoralizing.
