Typical corporate "family" who doesn't care about anything except bottom line - Associate BPM Employee Review

This company will overhire and provide false hopes of growth only to have no work for you causing you to have low billables. At this point, you will be chopped from the "family" so the partner can have a bigger bonus on top of his/her $1 million already. Training is horrible. You're told that you're not expected to know anything but then nobody teaches you at all. Salary is below market rate but I guess you get full remote so it balances out. You're better off at Big 4 for the name or a smaller firm to have a better relationship with your team. Do not work at this mid-size firm, It is the worst of both worlds.
