Pros

Today I am leaving this section blank since I don't remember any pros.

Cons

In our history there was a system of casteism. It is believed that it is not prevalent anymore in our society. But you will be surprised to know that it still exists in our company. Software developers belong to high castes and rest of the departments are treated as low castes in every sense be it salary, or facility. This is injustice since each department have done their work with equal efforts.

Pros

Great Team, Great Managers/Leadership. Quota is attainable and realistic.

Cons

Wish they had unlimited PTO. Haven't spoken much about career growth.

Pros

CEO is involved (can be a blessing and a curse) and always willing to talk

Cons

Complete micromanagement, we are talking daily check-ins on what was accomplished and what is to be accomplished, with a dedicated point system that only the head of the team "understands". They will be sure to correct you too if they feel you've dedicated "too many points" to a task. Be prepared to be questioned on everything you do in a day / week. No HR team despite being a company size that definitely should. Anything HR related you'll be discussing with an office manager. Benefits are the weakest I've seen in tech. No formal maternity / paternity leave. So if that's in your future, you'd have to be okay with zero. No 401k matching. And a measly 10 days of PTO a year.
