Pros
Professional environment in which everyone was generally treated well an fairly - which created a positive and upbeat environment in which to work. Generally, upper and middle management were very good at supporting the efforts of those at the staff level. It was there that I reported to the best boss of my life (and I've been blessed with really great bosses!).
Cons
The US division is managed by the Canadian corporate HQ, so it often felt like a family company in which the Candidan members received preferential treatment. The company's ability to face and deal with change was sporadic - sometimes good and sometimes atrocious.
