Pros
The Marine Group is growing! Business results for 2020 and 2021 were nothing short of incredible. Exciting to be at a site that's building the new SEA-DOO Switch. Leadership changed their minds related to return to work - now it's dependent upon the position you have. For my role, it's giving me more ability to WFH, which I appreciate.

Going through some growing pains. Not everything is as documented as it should be.
