      Pros

      BRP may be large, but they are a family company. Everyone in management looks out for you and the company tries to be as flexible as possible. They know that things happen outside of work and those things matter too.

      Cons

      The marine market fluctuates, so there are times where it's insanely busy, and other times where layoffs happen due to lack of work.
