Be Aware - Management BSM Construction Employee Review

I would be careful of this company they will overload you PM's are required to work from 7AM to 5PM - 10 hours a day, they don't really do reviews so it is hard to get a pay raise, and they will low ball you if not careful, you are on camera in the Concord office 24/7. Very clickie on the female side, no protocols in place, no real training, Time off is not really liked here, favoritism in very obvious. No working from home but there are a few that it is OK for.? but not others. Seem they are not too open to women PM's either - they will hire from the outside rather than promote from within a lot.
