this is one of the worst run sales programs I have ever been a part of I don’t even know where to start…. They told me bare minimum with base and OTE I would make 55k first year that was a lie the most you will make is 45k and even that’s a stretch After a year your supposedly allowed to seek another role within the company that’s also a lie bc they want you to stay in here forever They triple peoples plans bc they don’t feel like paying comission
