Pros
You generally get paid on time, and if you Never go the the Doctor or never need Medical care then the Health Insurance is good. One Star rating because they don't allow a 1/4 star.
Cons
They out source all art work to a 3rd world country and they charge All Reps ("SALES PRO'S") for everything they request, Reps pay a High rate for sub par ARTWORK from INDIA, 401K has the lowest contribution rate in the industry, The Health Insurance is so high if you get it Pray you don't have to go to the Doctor, EVER Communication with in the Company is very poor, it's every person for themselves.
