Great collaboration between employees. Great New Hire Training program. The consultants are great to work with. The employees want the company to succeed.
Cons
No clear management career track. Struggling to integrate with the parent BT. No up-front funding for programs (they are expected to be successful before the have a chance to ramp up and then are discarded before they have had a chance to show success)
