      Pros

      Work with some great people and decent salary. Excellent diversity in cultures and backgrounds.

      Cons

      Underperformers are allowed to go unchecked by management because they cannot backfill if they wind up firing them. These underperformers know this and do the bare minimum. Everyone else suffers.
