Pros
Was a very good employer ~ 5-10 years ago, however over time and owing to pressure from the recession, and increased competition BT became much less of agood employer. Usually hired good to Very good technical staff.
Cons
Disorganised, constant never ending change and re-structuring. Constant conflict between Prjoect Managers who were trying to get the job done and People Mangers who were trying to ustilise people more efficiently. Continual cost cutting, and reduced budgets. People felt under valued, and often became ill/very ill owing to work pressures.
