Job was enduring and simple to do, and provided a feeling of satisfaction, and had alot of freedom to perform your duties at a comfortable pace
Cons
It was contracted base, and the company did not wish to hire directly. There was alot of conflict with the company itself and they began to outsource. Also, since they were outsourced to contracts there were no benefits really.
