The pay is far lower than the average CRO, studies are conducted out of compliance due to the lack of a compliance department over the last eight years, and there is no training program for procedures, health and safety, or anything else for that matter. Training consists of reading through old SOPs and then signing off to say you understand the material. The SOP's they do have are irrelevant to the work they're doing and likely "borrowed" from another company. They have an absolutely head-spinning turnover rate and any attempts to improve processes or ideas presented are immediately shot down by management without any consideration. They have lost sponsors due to the large amount of dishonesty and lack of communication within the company. They also have spyware implanted on every computer so all of the employees' emails, even private messages sent between managers and their employees, are automatically forwarded to management. I cannot overstate the absurdity of the situation enough. If you hear from BTS, RUN in the other direction.
