Cons
5 managers in 3 years. High turnover and hemorrhaging of talent at the top, field-promotions to back fill the gap. I recieved verbal offer of promotion with pay raise to backfill a lead who quit. Did not get the pay raise after months, so I returned to my duties as signed in my original - and only - contract. Great R&D, but "heavily encouraged" OT and not the best practices and policies in favour of the employee. I once had to work 7 am - 2 am impromptu since there were no other engineers to oversee the tests, guilted into staying. Two engineering graduates finally recieved signed contracts to start their EIT roles, only to have their contracts rescinded, remaining in their development technician (not EIT) roles. One even had a competing EIT role elsewhere that they let expire in the interim. Nice co-workers on the front lines, but would not recommend due to lack of life/work balance and difficulty with HR, lied promotions, rescinding of contact offers, and upper management.
