Pros

I loved working for a school I admire with a great community. Many of the team in fundraising and alumni relations are outstanding.

Cons

Management was terrible. Brian Barefoot was the worst President I can imagine. He scoffed at employees, never wanting to spend more than a minute in the hallway talking to college workers. Other senior leadership were equally awful, offering very little in the way of work life balance.
