- Awesome colleagues in Production, Production Support, QA, QC, QE, PM, Engineering, Facilities - Excellent health benefits with low cost to individual - Good work from home policy (if applicable to your job and allowed by your manager)

Cons

- Constantly ignoring fundamental operational problems. Fixing the roof of your house does you no good if the problem is a crumbling foundation. - Inconsistent, and often, competing priorities among functional groups. Literally everything is considered top priority - Poorly aligned leadership - No actual long term improvement and/or growth plan - Top down management structure with no chance of feedback
