Lack of training and micromanaging will sink this ship - Customer Service Representative Badger Meter Employee Review

Upper management micromanages to the point where you actually never hear from your supervisor because the senior manager doesn't let them speak for themselves. I was there for close to 7 mos and only had 1-2 weeks of training at the most. The current trainer would always say, "no one told me to train you!" Ummm isn't that your job? I'm new I obviously need training!
