Pros
Pay is in line with the rest of Wall Street, albeit a little below the bulge brackets. Platform continues to grow and has really good deal flow, particularly in mid market M&A.
Cons
A little behind the curve on staffing trends. Naturally, hours aren't friendly but this depends on coverage group and office location.
