      Mostly solid professionals and people. Started as a down to earth firm when I joined.

      Cons

      Lower pay than industry They preach diversity but it’s like any other investment firm’s leadership team, personably white male. Focus on being bigger, losing smaller firm feel. Health insurance is the worst ever.
