Pros

I learned what I don't like about larger firms from working at Baker Tilly, other than that...no positives.

Cons

$500 bonuses? What is that? Local leadership? None. The corporate kool-aid. Couldn't swallow what they were selling. Honestly, overpriced services from disqualified professionals. 1/10 knew what they were doing.

Merging organizations can present some challenges and change isn’t always easy, but mergers provide our firm with new opportunities to expand our diversity of thought and experiences, as well as provide enhanced offerings to better serve our exceptional clients. Pros

Very flexible schedule, fully remote, very nice and helpful full-time staff to guide you, learned a lot, overall a great temp job with a great firm.

Cons

I wish they allotted more time for training, which was one week. I felt like I needed an extra week. The amount of information thrown at you as a first-timer can feel overwhelming, but there are people there to guide you and very helpful self-training modules and materials. Might not be right for a person who has trouble learning on their own, as most of the training is self-administered.
