Pros

Lots of opportunity for growth and easy to switch department. Casual dress code and the name of Baker Tilly on your resume.

Cons

They pride themselves in work life balance but upper level management is strictly against it. Poor compensation. Also, very strict on working at home even though that is what they sell. No recognition for the hard work you put in. Managers, including performance counselors, doesn't help you to succeed but often throw you under the bus.

Pros

Very flexible schedule, fully remote, very nice and helpful full-time staff to guide you, learned a lot, overall a great temp job with a great firm.

Cons

I wish they allotted more time for training, which was one week. I felt like I needed an extra week. The amount of information thrown at you as a first-timer can feel overwhelming, but there are people there to guide you and very helpful self-training modules and materials. Might not be right for a person who has trouble learning on their own, as most of the training is self-administered.
