Good benefit, the company tend to organize social activities to make the bond stronger. Here, there is no friendship, only a family and siblings that very close in working as a team.
Cons
As similar to any audit firm, long working hours will become a great challenge for newcomer and peak period is a new experience. Apart from that, you might find place to work if you stay in the office quite limited when everybody not going for fieldwork.
