      Pros

      I love my corkers! The people I work with really make my day. The job is fun and interesting. There is always someone willing to assist and we get to be inventive.

      Cons

      Micro management is the hardest part. Everything has to be run through the manager and there is not any trust in the employees to properly execute the job. Processes are implemented and not relayed causing confusion and frustration.
