      Big Company with good segment leaders

      Cons

      Absolutely no training, management style is horrible and I am an ex Wall Street so I know how bad it can get. They never set expectations and no review of work. How can you not review the work or offer any help when someone is brand new to the firm.

      Great team in the facility, works well together, very few personnel issues, lots of longevitiy.

      Cons

      Corporate HR doesn't care about their people; are way too business-minded and not employee focused.
