      Tight-knit community, communication between the production floor, labs, and front offices was easy.

      Cons

      Not much pay/compensation for the work, and the work would get overwhelming at times with some issues between shift changes in the lab.

      Great team in the facility, works well together, very few personnel issues, lots of longevitiy.

      Corporate HR doesn't care about their people; are way too business-minded and not employee focused.
