      Pros

      The workers at the plant are very nice/supportive, and so are the other supply chain planners. If you ever have questions, there's someone you can go to.

      Cons

      There is no formal training set up, the inventory stock system is rarely accurate, and it's easy to get stressed on a daily basis.
