- Great environment for a Junior to start with - Really fun and caring team - Great communication - Amazing office and team events - Great onboarding and future opportunity

Cons

- Sometime language barrier (But my team tries really hard to mostly speak English) - Sometime confusing because one of my supervisor is in another company in the UK (time delay, not being able to speak face to face, the only artist in Tallinn studio) - Sometime the office can feel a little empty on Thursday or Friday, because we're not a lot of people and WFH

Everything else. The office is usually a ghost town. Training is poor, exceptionally poor. Trainer acts as if annoyed when you ask a question. HR is remote, unreachable, and does not care about employees. It is clear overall that Bally’s doesn’t care about employees in the slightest. Terrible benefits. You have to pay $150 out of your own pocket to go through licensing. Why do you think we’re working? The company should cover all expenses. I wish I never accepted this job, it’s just been a waste of time and a rollercoaster. They will also mismanage your paycheck. Unorganized from top to bottom and not a good place to work. Diversity is lacking and it’s apparent. Very odd vibe in the office. Poor technology provided. When you think Bally’s think “bare minimum” because that’s what you’ll receive.
