Friendly environment, but needs organization - Anonymous employee Bally's Interactive Employee Review

Hi! We’d like to thank you for taking the time to share your thoughts on your experience working with us. We are truly glad to hear that your colleagues and environment in our Jersey City office were so warm and supportive during your time at Bally’s Interactive. We truly hope to be able to provide the same working experience to all our teams across the world! Whilst a nice new office and great colleagues (plus tasty snacks!) are always good to have, we know that these aren’t the be-all end-all of working life, so we’d like to thank you for sharing your concerns too. We always strive to offer our employees fair compensation for their time spent with us, but we’re also aware that in our fast-moving industry, this is very much a work in progress, and something that we strive to monitor closely. We are driven to go forward in 2023 with a more data driven mindset to help us achieve our goals and create products which will excite both our players and our teams.
