Thank you so much for leaving us your feedback and helping us to make Bally’s Interactive the best workplace it can be. We truly believe that we’ve got an amazing team, so we’re glad you feel the same way about your colleagues- and of course working in our beautifully redesigned new office in London doesn’t hurt, either! We make a point to benchmark and match salaries with our competitors in this fast-moving market, however this is always a work in progress, and your feedback will be passed along. With the huge growth the company experienced following several mergers in 2021, it became necessary for us to ensure that our policies are clearly in place across the board, however that should never come at the cost of losing our human touch, which is one of the reasons that we felt a hybrid working model would suit the company best. If you feel you’d like to discuss any of your concerns, please feel free to reach out on feedback@ballys.com to speak directly to our senior HR leadership.

Pros

Cool office Good location Occasionally free food Beer in fridge

Cons

Everything else. The office is usually a ghost town. Training is poor, exceptionally poor. Trainer acts as if annoyed when you ask a question. HR is remote, unreachable, and does not care about employees. It is clear overall that Bally’s doesn’t care about employees in the slightest. Terrible benefits. You have to pay $150 out of your own pocket to go through licensing. Why do you think we’re working? The company should cover all expenses. I wish I never accepted this job, it’s just been a waste of time and a rollercoaster. They will also mismanage your paycheck. Unorganized from top to bottom and not a good place to work. Diversity is lacking and it’s apparent. Very odd vibe in the office. Poor technology provided. When you think Bally’s think “bare minimum” because that’s what you’ll receive.
