Pros

Good office, nice location Good benefits(stebby, corporate events, team events) Snacks, beer, drinks

Cons

Lots of micromanagment Every day you should log your time, by the end of the month submit timesheet with line manager. Everything is counted, time when you came to work and left, and how many time you spent on the lunch Is hell for developers you have to focus how to proper log your time instead of focus on developing Lack of documentation, processes known only by old workers Compensation is lower than average. Promotion, salary review is on hold and company promising things to change for ages

Thank you for your review, we appreciate your feedback on your experience as part of the Bally’s team. We are committed to consistently improving employee experiences, so we are glad to hear that the benefits and workspace in Tallinn have both been well-received! It is of vital importance that every member of our team is given the opportunity to grow and to manage their workload. As we strive to be All One Team and live up to that important value, we believe in giving our teams the flexibility to work in a way which suits their collective goals. Although software teams may be asked to log working hours spent on specific tasks as required, it is not our policy to monitor daily lunch breaks or arrival and departure times. We do not believe that this should be necessary for our teams to deliver their best work, and your feedback has been noted and passed along to our HR team for consideration. Creating an open and collaborative team environment should always be a priority, and part of that comes from solid relationships and clear expectations. If your working process isn’t suited to your needs, we encourage you to reach out to your line manager or HR Business Partner to discuss the use of your timesheet and the best way forward. We appreciate the time you took to pass on your feedback, please rest assured that it will be forwarded to the appropriate persons. If you have more that you would like to share with our senior HR leadership, feel free to reach out on feedback@ballys.com.

Pros

Cool office Good location Occasionally free food Beer in fridge

Cons

Everything else. The office is usually a ghost town. Training is poor, exceptionally poor. Trainer acts as if annoyed when you ask a question. HR is remote, unreachable, and does not care about employees. It is clear overall that Bally’s doesn’t care about employees in the slightest. Terrible benefits. You have to pay $150 out of your own pocket to go through licensing. Why do you think we’re working? The company should cover all expenses. I wish I never accepted this job, it’s just been a waste of time and a rollercoaster. They will also mismanage your paycheck. Unorganized from top to bottom and not a good place to work. Diversity is lacking and it’s apparent. Very odd vibe in the office. Poor technology provided. When you think Bally’s think “bare minimum” because that’s what you’ll receive.
