      the students , learned what NOT to do by watching how unethical this corporation is .

      Cons

      unethical, group home facilities are unsanitary, false promises. No training at all, no support from management. beware of false promises you see on their website regarding "tuition reimbursement"

      Bancroft is filled with people who have big hearts and love their job

      Cons

      People join young and stay for a long time without any professional development so many leaders do not have leadership skills even if they believe their heart is in the right place beause Bancroft does not provide this growth and instead continues to promote the best person available even if they aren't right for the job.
