      Pros

      they have alot of programs to help the individuals we serve and they sponsor wonderful events to celebrate the lives of awesome people that have developmental disabilities

      Cons

      The apprecition and support for staff and their families is poor. They racially discrimanate against staff that are seeking advancement within the company regardless of qualifications and show favoritism to staff that exhibit inappropiate work behavior and conversation.

      Pros

      Bancroft is filled with people who have big hearts and love their job

      Cons

      People join young and stay for a long time without any professional development so many leaders do not have leadership skills even if they believe their heart is in the right place beause Bancroft does not provide this growth and instead continues to promote the best person available even if they aren't right for the job.
