      The students and individuals you work with , and the community created between you and other staff members.

      Cons

      The blatant disregard for the safety of their employees. Sending people into group homes with covid outbreaks without letting them know that there is a current outbreak. Being told you have no choice, and if you leave it will be seen as neglect or abandonment. General mistreatment of staff by upper management, and certain members of the HR team.

      Pros

      Bancroft is filled with people who have big hearts and love their job

      Cons

      People join young and stay for a long time without any professional development so many leaders do not have leadership skills even if they believe their heart is in the right place beause Bancroft does not provide this growth and instead continues to promote the best person available even if they aren't right for the job.
