Working with the residents and making a difference in their lives.

Cons

The leaders do not pay attention to what their staff are doing. They are very passive on key action items. Co-workers are careless and rather focus in their issues/gossips than the residents. Directors do not know what they are doing. I would NEVER recommend someone to bring their loved ones to this neglectful place.

Bancroft is filled with people who have big hearts and love their job

Cons

People join young and stay for a long time without any professional development so many leaders do not have leadership skills even if they believe their heart is in the right place beause Bancroft does not provide this growth and instead continues to promote the best person available even if they aren't right for the job.
